I joined the group in a Vice Principal role in October 2019 and in March 2020 was offered the post of Principal at LISM. This really demonstrates how Liwa recognizes good work and promotes from within. From day one, I was made to feel so welcome, there’s a real sense of family, collaboration and continuity with many of the staff having been with the school for a long time.
From the very beginning I had support of everyone in the school and felt like I belonged to the team. Whatever obstacle I faced, I knew there was someone that could guide or support me. One of the best experiences at Liwa has been the growth I have seen in the Seniors (Grade 12). Knowing that our school system has played a huge part in nourishing the skills of our citizens of the future brings so much pride and happiness.
