Liwa Education is looking to hire outstanding HR Manager to join our growing and dynamic team for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will have
Ø A comprehensive background in Human Resources within the field of Education
Ø Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration
Ø The ability to lead a small team of HR officers across a network of schools and nurseries
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Full competence and confidence in the use of Microsoft Office and relevant HR modules
Ø Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least two years in the field of Education
